The rooms and suites at the Sonnenalp are not just for sleeping: They are for cuddling up on the sofa in front of the fire or for soaking up the breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony. Spaciousness, light and stunning vistas create on the one hand a fabulous sense of lightness of being whilst keeping one’s feet firmly on the ground at the same time.
All our rooms, suites, apartments and romantic Alpine chalets are appointed in warm earthy, natural tones using natural, locally sourced Alpine materials all of which have been worked by local, often in-house, craftsmen. The style of the interior gently harmonises the very best Alpine decor with a lifestyle more akin to the 21st century.

Alpine Chalets
As close or as far away as you want it to be: our Alpine chalets provide the same level of comfort as is enjoyed by our guests in the main part of the hotel but with the added touch of having your very own house. Both our single and our double storied chalets are charmingly warm, cosy and inviting with an open fire providing a welcome romantic touch.
